Museum of Future Experiences (MoFE)

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

MoFE uses Virtual Reality and 3D spatial sound to create high-tech immersive experiences that bend the mind and touch the human spirit. Backed by Y-combinator and nominated for Location-Based VR Experience of the Year in 2022, MoFE has been lauded by The New York Times, as a “strikingly immersive feat of worldbuilding” and by Time Out as “a technical masterpiece.” Our goal is to show you something you’ve never seen before.

I joined MoFE in 2019 as the writer and director of our first major production, Dr. Grigor’s Dreams, exhibited in Andy Warhol’s old Soho loft. In 2020, I became the creative director and head of production, working closely with the founder and CEO to design and open MoFE’s Brooklyn venue and to create and direct our three critically-acclaimed productions: Liminality, Underworld Radio, and Gnosis. In 2023, we designed a prototype of an interactive, online version of MoFE for VR.

MoFE Productions

A collection of six hypnotic immersive experiences in VR and 3D Sound that explore the chaos, uncertainty and beauty of liminal states.

Underworld Radio is a 60-minute high-octane audio experience in near-complete darkness. Using the magic of MoFE’s spatialized 3D sound design and your twisted imagination, Underworld Radio transports you to a sinister southern swamp town to uncover its web of dark secrets.

A high-tech meditative odyssey in VR and spatial 3D sound contemplating the question: Who am I?
